Do you want a role where you work closely with the business, build long-term customer relationships, and have a significant opportunity to influence? TopWork is now looking for a sales representative for our office in Lund who wants to contribute to our continued growth in Skåne.
TopWork has had an office and operations in Lund for some time now. We are looking for a salesperson who wants to become an important part of the team and contribute to our continued growth in Skåne.
About the Role
As a salesperson at TopWork, you are responsible for the entire business – from the first contact to a long-term partnership. You work with both new and existing customers, helping them solve their staffing, recruitment, and HR needs.
Since the operations in Skåne are in an expansive phase, the role gives you significant influence over how the business and customer relationships develop locally.
You work closely with our consulting manager in Skåne, with short decision-making paths and close collaboration between sales and delivery. With us, the salesperson is an integral part of the team and a vital part of the whole.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate new customers in Skåne
- Manage and further develop existing customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and present the right solution in staffing, recruitment, or HR support
- Present candidates and solutions to decision-makers at the customer
- Work systematically in our CRM/sales system
- Follow up on deals, assignments, and long-term collaborations
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who enjoys responsibility and likes to build businesses and relationships over time. You are confident in your dialogue with customers and have a structured approach to work.
You may have:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience in staffing or recruitment
- A background in industry, production, or logistics – preferably with some form of personnel, coordination, or supervisory responsibility

- Can easily build trust via phone, digitally, and in personal meetings
- Are driven, action-oriented, and persistent
- Understand that success in staffing and recruitment is built on relationships, pace, quality, and teamwork
